UK Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Return

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Kiksy.eu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it back to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
